Turning Struggle Into Strength

"Healing begins when you feel seen, heard and valued. My role is to walk alongside you — through life’s challenges and changes — so together, we can build a path toward understanding, resilience, and lasting peace."

    My Story...

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than three decades I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most challenging and transformative moments. My work has taken me into public schools, hospitals, behavioral health programs and private practice in both Colorado and Wyoming — each experience deepening my understanding of the many ways people struggle, grow and heal.

I’ve supported children whose mental health made it hard to succeed in school, teens navigating trauma and life changes, adults facing depression, grief, trauma or addiction, and couples working to restore trust and closeness. I’ve led therapy groups, met families in crisis, and sat with people in moments of deep uncertainty. Along the way, I’ve also mentored and supervised the next generation of social workers, sharing the belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard with compassion and respect.

No matter who I’m working with — whether you’re 8 or 80 — my approach is never one-size-fits-all. I draw on a wide range of experience in trauma-informed care, dual-diagnosis treatment, and strength-based therapy, always tailoring our work to fit your needs and goals. Above all, I’m honored each time someone lets me into the most personal parts of their journey. In our time together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, feel understood, and begin to build the changes you want for your life.

I can help you move toward a joyful life.
